Improvement Project for an HOA in Rancho Palos Verdes: The site presented with a sinking concrete issue located near a hillside walkway. After a thorough assessment, we removed the damaged concrete, repacked the soil and re-poured fresh concrete for a flawless finish.
Waterproofing and Renovation for an Apartment Complex in Newport Beach: Due to insufficient waterproofing, and 10-20 years of associated water intrusion damage, we removed 160,000 square-feet of contaminated material from decks and walkways, followed by comprehensive waterproofing to guard against future damage.
